I work with individuals spanning from early adulthood to post retirement. Specifically with individuals who are looking to empower themselves when faced with changes and transitions in their life- in relationships with self and others, career, and healing past burdens and wounds.
My practice serves:
Caregivers of all ages focused on managing caregiver burnout.
Professionals in the midst of a career challenge, change, or finding a work life balance. Bridging your need to’s and want to’s.
Individuals who identify as an athlete in the past, present, and future.
Insurance Accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Excellus, Oscar, Optum, United Health.
Unfortunately, I do not currently accept Excellus BCBS, MVP, Medicaid, or Medicare or Univera insurance plans.
A private pay rate with a Good Faith Estimate is also offered.

Treatment Focus
My main focus is to help individuals become aware of their inner strengths and empower themselves to build an authentic life. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space and join to connect the pieces of your puzzle while building a foundation of skills to navigate relationships with self and others in an ever changing world . The key is consistency and support.
Soul Gardening
Gardening starts with finding and preparing soil and planting seeds long before seeing results. Our goal is to help you (metaphorically) plant, grow and fertilize your goals and authentic self to move forward to who and where you want to be.
